The owners of Riverwalk Apartments treated their amenity spaces to a major renovation. The clubhouse and surrounding patio and pool were overhauled with the discerning touch of designers from the architecture firm Bernardon.

Hybrid office spaces have nothing on hybrid social spaces.

The clubhouse’s large garage doors link indoor and outdoor living. Firepits make the outdoor space come alive at night. Take a dip in the pool, or enjoy a delicious barbecue!
